The Arnage was available in two models, the Arnage Green Label and the Arnage Red Label. The Green Label was powered by a BMW-sourced 4.4-liter V8 engine that produced 349 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque. The Red Label featured a Bentley-designed 6.75-liter V8 engine that produced 400 horsepower and 619 lb-ft of torque. Both engines were paired with a four-speed automatic transmission.

Standard features on the 1999 Arnage included leather upholstery, power adjustable front seats, automatic climate control, and a premium sound system. Optional features included a rear seat entertainment system, navigation, and a sunroof.

The 1999 Arnage received mixed reviews from automotive critics. While many praised its luxurious interior and powerful engines, some criticized its outdated technology and handling characteristics. Despite this, the Arnage proved to be a popular choice for those seeking a high-end luxury sedan.
