Dodge Polara D-500 Convertible

The 1960’s was a big year for Dodge, as many of the models had undergone modifications and reconstruction to match the needs of buyers. Between the Dodge Dart, Matador, and Polara, the Polara and Matador shared the most similarities. The Polara, sporting a four-barrel carburetor, chrome all around, garnishes and a 383 V8, this vehicle was a top choice. It was built for those specifically trying to exude success and family class. The Polara came with three speed acceleration compared to the Matador’s two speed. This model was used by Dodge until 1973.
