1983 Aston Martin V8

The 1983 model year for the Aston Martin V8 was largely similar to the previous year’s model, with a few minor updates. The most notable change was the introduction of the Volante convertible variant, which featured a fully powered convertible top and sleek, aerodynamic styling.

Under the hood, the V8 continued to be powered by a 5.3-liter V8 engine that produced 305 horsepower and 288 lb-ft of torque, paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. Other performance features included power-assisted disc brakes, independent suspension, and rack-and-pinion steering.

Inside, the V8 featured a luxurious leather interior with wood accents and power-adjustable seats. The dashboard and instrument panel were also updated with a more modern design.
