The 1973 Chevrolet Corvette is known for creating a new identity for the renowned brand. A new more aerodynamic design and an upgrade in the vehicle’s engineering made for an even more refined vehicle than its predecessors. Some of the specific aesthetic choices on the hood were aiming at redefining the brand’s muscle car identity and image towards that of a touring sports car. New body mounts and radial tires smoothed out the Corvette’s ride and modernized its look.
